EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

WHAT IS THE COLOURBANANA RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

At Colourbanana, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and ensuring your satisfaction. We offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to accommodate your needs.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from colourbanana.com, we kindly ask that you contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. You can do so by submitting a return request through our website. Our team will review your request and guide you through the necessary steps.

Upon approval of your return, you have two options available. We are happy to exchange your product for an item of equal or lesser value, allowing you to find the perfect fit for your needs. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full refund for your returned item(s). Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable, and any expedited shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? RETURN GUIDELINES:

We are happy to assist you with a return. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from Colourbanana, please submit an order return request
no later than 14 days after your delivery date.

  • Submit a return request: To initiate the return process, please submit an order return request no later than 14 days after your delivery date. You can easily do this by contacting us at help@colourbanana.com

  • Ensure item eligibility: The returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in new condition, just as it was sold to you. Please include all packaging materials to facilitate the return process.

  • Shipping costs: We do not charge restocking fees for returns. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to Colourbanana. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.

  • Return validity: Your return request is valid for 30 days from the date of approval. Please ensure that the return is initiated and shipped within this timeframe.

  • Defective items: If you need to return a defective item, we will gladly issue a replacement. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may ask you to return the item to Colourbanana at our expense or provide evidence of the defect through photographs to expedite the warranty claim process.

  • Processing time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your return claim to be processed. Once approved, we will promptly ship your warranty replacement.

 

EXCHANGE GUIDELINES:
  • Exchange orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned item.
  • If you prefer to expedite the process, you can place a new order for the replacement item while we process the return for a refund.
  • Please note that Colourbanana does not cover international return shipping costs or shipping fees for replacement orders in the case of international exchanges.

     

    REFUND GUIDELINES:

    • For items purchased using a gift card, the refund will be processed back onto a gift card.
    • Please ensure that all accessories are included and that the products are in good condition. Missing accessories or products that are damaged or negligently packaged may not be eligible for a refund.
    • You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
    • Once we receive the returned items in good condition, we will refund the price you paid for the item(s), excluding the shipping expenses.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.

      IMPORTANT NOTE:

      • For used or unpackaged items, such as MacBook Cases, an administrative fee of 10% of the order value may apply for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
      • Colourbanana reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any returns and exchanges.
